Project Handbook
We believe in working in the open and sharing what we’ve learned along the way. We frequently publish tools, snippets, our work, and handbooks for others to use and build on.
The Special Projects team completes over 200 projects every year. For every project, we are inspired, guided, and directed by our handbooks. They’re used daily by our Technical Account Managers, and everyone is encouraged and expected to contribute to them.
In the handbooks, you’ll find processes, tools, checklists, and approaches that reflect how we work collaboratively, thoughtfully, and in our own voice.
Note that the handbook pages on this site are the actual handbook pages we use in our day-to-day work, so you might find links to things only Automatticians can access or details or notes hidden from public view.
Enjoy!
