Acclaimed author Michael Pollan’s website has been transformed into a beautifully structured and easily navigable resource. With the highly anticipated release of Food, Inc. 2, Michael needed a site refresh to accommodate the influx of visitors and effectively showcase his extensive body of work.
The redesign focused on modernizing the site with a sleek, block-based WordPress theme, optimizing content organization, and simplifying updates for future projects. Given the vast range of material—including 10 bestselling books, over 100 articles, six films, and various educational resources—a clear navigation and intuitive structure was imperative.
By upgrading to a block theme, we eliminated outdated plugins and enhanced performance, while custom post types for Books, Films, and Articles streamlined content management. The new homepage now features a dedicated space for Michael’s latest work, ensuring visitors can easily discover his newest insights.
